This award will be made to the outstanding individual who in the last year has best demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership in the development of an owner-managed business. The winner has to demonstrate clear identification of an opportunity, as well as innovation, growth and evidence of strong financial performance in terms of sales and profit growth. The winner will have contributed to their company, industry sector and the wider community. Unlocking Potential is a new programme offering inspiring events and facilitated workshops for entrepreneurial business owners to tackle and overcome business challenges and achieve their business goals in a peer-to peer learning environment with access to specialists sourced for their knowledge, experience and credibility in the field. Funded by ERDF and HEFCE the programme is delivered by the University of Plymouth in partnership with Cornwall College, (and supported by YTKO). |
