Business Innovation Of The Year Award - sponsored by CUC

This award will be made to the company that best demonstrates success with an innovative individual product or service launched anytime in the last year. The judges will be looking for evidence of initial understanding of the market; scale and depth of the planning and development prior to the launch; market acceptance (e.g. market research, press reviews,reports, industry awards); proof of bookings/sales; and demonstration of the long-term potential (i.e. Projected marketshare, projected sales figures).

Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC) is a partnership of six universities and colleges working together to give more people the chance to study in Cornwall, and to use university level education to help Cornish businesses and communities to thrive. The partners are: the University of Exeter, the University of Plymouth, University College Falmouth, Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry, Cornwall College and Truro and Penwith College.
